Our infrastructure ensures a perfect balance of care, creativity, and early education.
Guidelines & Compliance

💊Medication Policy
Parents must submit a written note for any medication, including dosage and timing. Children who are unwell should be kept at home.
📩Feedback & Complaint
Parents are welcome to share feedback, suggestions, or complaints in writing or by emailing the Crèche Committee for timely resolution.
🍱Meals & Feeding
Parents must provide all meals. Crèche staff will assist with feeding & reheating food, but will not cook or prepare meals. A food schedule will be followed.
🚸Authorized Pickup
Children will only be handed over to parents or authorized persons. Drop-off/pick-up must be signed in the register each time.
🤒In Case of Illness
If a child becomes unwell during the day, parents will be informed and expected to pick up the child immediately.

All official queries, suggestions, or complaints should be emailed to: niser.creche@niser.ac.in. Polite and respectful communication is expected.
💳Fee Payment
Fees are calculated monthly and must be paid by the 5th of the following month as per the fee structure.
💍Avoid Valuables
Children should not wear jewelry or expensive items. The Crèche is not responsible for any loss of such belongings.
⏰Timely Drop & Pick-Up
Follow Crèche timings strictly. Any deviations must be informed one day in advance; otherwise, they won’t be accepted.
🧷Infant Essentials
Send daily supplies like diapers, baby wipes, bibs, and any comfort items your infant needs. Label all belongings clearly with your child’s name.
🚫No Parent Overstay
Parents are requested not to overstay inside the crèche during nap or meal times. Let your child settle into the environment independently.
📹CCTV & Safety
The premises are equipped with CCTV for safety. Footage is accessible only in emergencies with approval from the Crèche Committee Chairperson.
🎒What to Bring Daily
Each child should come with a labeled:
• Water bottle & tiffin box
• Napkin & drink of choice
• Blanket & comfort items (if needed)
• Extra clothes, diapers, wet wipes, and seasonal footwear
