About the NISER Crèche
Welcome to NISER Crèche, the vibrant childcare facility especially for the wonderful children of the NISER academic community!
Here, we provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where the little ones of faculty, staff, and students can thrive. Our dedicated team fosters early childhood development through compassionate care and playful learning.
Established in 2017, the crèche received formal approval from the NISER Board of Governors in 2022 and was officially formalized in January 2024. As a proud part of NISER's community support system, we remain committed to offering high-quality early care in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Staff Training & Development
Our crèche staff receive professional guidance and training from Mrs. Sanjukta Panda, a seasoned educator, entrepreneur, and advocate for sustainable development. As the Founder Director of Kutie Kids Preschool and Activity Centre and Unitek Centre for Professional Training, she brings rich expertise in early childhood education and teacher training. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management, she holds multiple postgraduate qualifications in HR, Marketing, Botany, Ecology & Environment, and Rural Development. Her training empowers our caregivers with essential knowledge in child psychology, safety, and development.
